Bourbon pecan caramel chocolate chip cookies

there are no words … recipe below.


2 sticks room temp unsalted butter

1 1/4 cups light brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp bourbon

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 room temp eggs

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup caramel morsels

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

3 cups all purpose flour

preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

in a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. mix to combine.

In your stand mixer or another bowl, cream together the butter & sugars until light in color (about 2 minutes)

add to the mix both vanilla extract, bourbon & eggs. mix until well combined. add in half of the flour mixture and mix until combined. Add in the rest of your flour mixture until dough forms.

fold in your chocolate chips, pecans and caramel morsels with a spatula. **you can choose to cover & chill your dough for 30 mins or overnight for a chewier cookie, but they’re also fine to bake right away**

roll dough into small dough balls and place on your cookie sheet 1 inch apart or so. bake cookies 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven to cool.
