Oreo Cookie Monster Cookies

This recipe yields 2 large cookies or 4 small cookies. While this is a small batch recipe, you have to go make these! They literally, *LITERALLY*,

might be the best cookie I've ever made.

RUN-

Ingredients:

3 tbsp butter

1 tbsp granulated sugar

4 tbsp packed light brown sugar

1 large egg yolk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

6 tbsp all purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp blue gel food coloring

3 tbsp white chocolate chips

3-4 Oreos

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the butter and both sugars with a whisk or hand mixer until combined.

Next, add in the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.

Add the flour, baking soda, salt and blue food coloring to your wet mixture and mix until you get cookie dough consistency.

Break your Oreo's into chunks. Slowly fold in your white chocolate chips and broken Oreo pieces leaving some out to place directly on top of your cookie before baking.

Place your cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 12-13 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool, but not completely - because where's the fun in that. Enjoy!
