Small batch chewy cookies and cream cookies

Hi!

Do you ever just want a cookie? But not like, a whole batch of cookies? Well then - here you go 🤗

Ingredients:

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 tbsp dark or light brown sugar

1 tbsp granulated sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg yolk

6 tbsp all purpose flour

1/8 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 of a cookies and cream bar chopped roughly.

Chocolate chunks to add on top (if desired)

Preheat you oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Start by adding barely melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to your bowl. Mix until we'll combined. Then you will add your egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix again.

Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients with a spatula and mix. Once you get a dough like consistency, fold in your chopped cookies and cream pieces until combined.

You can choose to refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes, but it is not necessary.

Scoop the cookie dough out with a medium sized ice cream scoop. This should yield 2 large cookies. Otherwise, you should be able to roll 4 small cookie balls. Place them 1 inch apart on parchment paper and bake for 10-11 minutes.

Top your cookies with chocolate chunks if you desire! Enjoy cookie crew!
