Sugar cookie bars

Again.. one bowl, no mess, and probably something you already have in the pantry. Ok, here you go see you later!

Ingredients

1 package Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix

1/2 cup or one stick of softened or room temp butter 1 egg

1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix all ingredients with a spatula in one bowl. Once your dough has formed, place the dough in an 8 x 8 parchment lined baking pan. Flatten the dough to make as even as possible.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins or until the edges are starting to lightly brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cookie bars cool completely.

Frost the top with any kind of frosting you have and add sprinkles! I made homemade buttercream for this. (Also so simple)

Cut into squares and serve 🫶🏻
